We only offer EXCHANGE or WEB CREDIT for returns. All return requests must be made within 7 days of the order being received. Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Once a return is delivered, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed.

Each item must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. It also must have the original tags attached to the merchandise along with the packing slip. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox. 

 You can mail your your item to: 2935 East Oak Street Jena Louisiana US 71342 OR bring the item in store for a web credit/exchange if it is within our 7 day policy period. If approved, your exchange will be processed and issued to you in the form of an online credit. This credit will be applied to your account and available for you to use on a future purchase with us.
